定期装花 Regular Flower Service
サロンやレストランなどの店舗、オフィスのエントランスやロビーなど、様々な空間に合わせた定期的な花の設置・交換サービスをご提供しています。季節の花々を取り入れ、四季を感じる彩り豊かな空間を演出します。花器の用意や水換えなどのメンテナンスも全てお任せください。
This service involves regular installation and replacement of flowers tailored to various spaces such as offices, shops, clinics, salons, entrances, and lobbies. We incorporate seasonal blooms to consistently create a inspiring atmosphere. All floral vessels and maintenance are handled by us.

きれいな状態を保つには、お花は7日、枝物は10日ごとの交換を推奨しております。
To maintain freshness, we recommend 7 days for flowers and 10 days for branches.

ご提案内容にご興味を持っていただけましたら、
本契約の前に1週間お試しいただけます。
If you are interested in our proposal,
you have the option to experience Bear&Bloom's floral design
for one week prior to signing a full contract.
お見積り・ご契約 Quotation & Contract
ご提案内容に基づき、お見積りを作成いたします。
内容にご納得いただけましたら、ご契約となります。
Based on the proposal, we will provide a quotation.
Once you are satisfied with the details, we will proceed with the contract.
実施・納品 Implementation & Delivery
ご契約内容に沿って花を制作し、設置・納品いたします。
交換・メンテナンスも責任を持って行います。
Following the contract, we will create and install/deliver the flowers.
Also, we will responsibly handle replacements and maintenance.

それぞれのシーンに合わせてスタンド花やアレンジ、胡蝶蘭などをご提案させていただきます。ご希望で立て札やカードをおつけいたします。

自社配達（東京23区内）
商品代金 33,000円（税込）以上 のご注文、またスタンド花に関しては、スタッフが直接現地までお届けに上がります。 その他エリアはお気軽にご相談ください。
宅急便配送（全国対応）
上記以外の地域、および33,000円（税込）未満のご注文につきましては、専用のBOXに梱包し、提携の運送会社にて全国へ配送いたします。 ※送料は地域・サイズによって異なります。詳細はお打ち合わせ時にご案内いたします。
お支払いについて Payment
店頭でのお支払い
現金、クレジットカード、各種電子マネー（PayPay、iD、QUICPay、交通系）をご利用いただけます。
お問い合わせからのご注文
ウェブサイトからのご注文、またはLINEからご依頼いただいた場合は、銀行振込にてお支払いをお願いしております。クレジットカード決済をご希望の場合は、決済用のURLをメールにてお送りすることも可能ですので、お申し付けください。
法人のお客様
法人のお客様につきましては、請求書払いや月締め払いに対応いたします。ご希望の場合は、お打ち合わせの際にご相談ください。
キャンセル・返品について Cancellation & Returns
キャンセルについて
ご注文に合わせて仕入れ・制作を行うため、キャンセルを希望される場合はお早めにご連絡ください。
返品・交換について
生花の性質上、お客様のご都合によるお届け後の返品・交換は、恐縮ながらお受けできません。お届けした商品に万一、品質上の問題があった場合や、ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、直ちに交換または返金対応をさせていただきます。
ご不在の場合について
お届け先がご不在の時、保管期間を過ぎ、お花が劣化した場合は商品代金および送料の返金は致しかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
